There is no customer service at AstroLuma: there is me. The same person who calculates the charts, writes the readings, and reads every document through before sending it.
No form, no account to create, no robot sorting messages. Your email lands in my inbox, and that's where I answer it.
I answer myself, between two readings — so not within the minute. Write on a Saturday and my reply usually goes out on Monday. I write from Mexico: if you're in Europe, it often arrives while you sleep.
And if you're waiting on a reading you've already paid for, there's nothing to chase: it arrives within 72 h of your questionnaire answers reaching me.
You're torn between two readings, you don't have the birth time, you want to know what's really inside those thirty pages. Ask. I answer straight, including when the answer is "this one isn't for you".
A date to correct, something to add after the questionnaire, an email address that changed. You can also simply reply to the confirmation email: it reaches the same place.
A question about a passage, a PDF that won't open, a refund within fourteen days. It's provided for, and it's written out in full in the terms of sale.
What I don't do by email: a free three-line reading. That would mean doing badly the very thing I sell — and the real answer to a real question is the document itself.
Who writes these readings, how they're made, and what I don't do: it's all on the about page. Legal notices, terms and privacy have a page of their own.
