Three steps, and one email.

You already have their date, time and place of birth? You choose the reading. It is prepared with the help of AI from their exact birth chart, then I read it through in full and sign it. It arrives by email, to you so you can hand it over yourself, or straight to them, on the day you choose.

  1. You order the reading

    Whichever sounds like them, in your currency. Secure Stripe payment, no account to create. The questionnaire asks for a date, a time and a place of birth: theirs.

  2. You tell me it is a gift

    One line to hello@astroluma.app: who it is for, and the date you want it to arrive. That message is what turns your order into a gift; without it, I deliver the reading normally, within 72 h.

  3. I review it and send it

    The reading is prepared with the help of AI; I read it through in full and sign it before sending it. To you, so you can hand it over yourself. Or straight to them, on the day, with the words you chose. Whichever you prefer: you tell me, that is all.

What people ask me before gifting.

How does the gift card work?

They open the link written on the card, pick their reading from those on the card and give their date, time and place of birth. The reading is prepared with the help of AI, then I read it through in full and sign it; it arrives by email within 72 h. The card is valid for twelve months. For Christmas, order by 20 December at the latest, whether the card or a reading: with 72 h for delivery, everything arrives before the 24th.

I don't know any of their birth details.

Then give the gift card: they give their own birth details when they choose their reading. Nothing to ask them beforehand.

Can I choose the date the reading arrives?

Yes. Write to me at hello@astroluma.app after your order and I send it that day. Without that message I deliver normally, within 72 h: so don't forget it if you have a date in mind.

Can they know nothing until the day?

Yes. Nothing goes out from my side before the date you set. You place the order and fill in the questionnaire with their birth details: they receive nothing, not even a confirmation email.

Do I need their birth time?

It is what matters most: with the exact time you unlock the houses, the Ascendant and the Moon at the right degree. You don't know it? Order anyway: I work with what stays reliable, and I tell you plainly, before writing, what will be missing. A question dropped casually to their mother is often enough.

What if they don't like the reading?

If you ordered the reading directly, for yourself or for someone else, you have 14 days from receiving it to write to me: I correct it or add to it, or refund you if you prefer, no justification needed. With a gift card, you have 14 days from payment to change your mind and get a refund, as long as the card has not been used. Once used, the card can no longer be refunded: if the reading does not suit them, the person who received the card has 14 days to write to me, and I correct or add to their reading.

What language does the document arrive in?

English, French or Spanish: you choose in the questionnaire. Pick the language of the person you are gifting it to.
