AstroLuma sells astrology readings written to order, delivered as a PDF by email. This text sets out what you are buying, what we commit to, and what you can hold us to. It is written to be read — if any passage is unclear, write to us and we will rewrite it.
The site astroluma.app and the readings sold on it are published by Camille Marie Astrid Charles Viotte, sole trader (persona física con actividad empresarial) established in Mexico.
Site hosting: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States.
In what follows, "we" means AstroLuma, and "you" the person ordering a reading.
These terms govern the distance selling of digital documents — humanistic astrology readings, written from the birth data you send us and delivered as a PDF by email.
They also govern the sale of the gift card, which lets you give one of these readings (clause 8 bis).
Placing an order means accepting these terms in the version in force at that time.
AstroLuma once offered a subscription app, with credits and monthly plans. That service no longer exists. Today's AstroLuma account is free and optional: it lets you find your charts across devices. You do not need an account to buy a reading. Documents remain one-time purchases, with no subscription or recurring charge.
AstroLuma sells five readings. Each is written to order from a birth chart calculated to the exact minute and the context you give in the questionnaire — and all five follow the same rules set out in this document: same delivery turnaround, same guarantee, same humanistic framing, same limits.
A reading can only be bought once its page is online and its order button active: the site is what governs which readings are available, and at what price. The Karmic Chart and Your Astrological Year open for sale one at a time; these terms cover them from their first day on sale.
Each document is available in English, French or Spanish — you choose the language in the questionnaire. Every reading is unique: no two orders ever receive the same text.
The length of each document depends on the chart of the person concerned, or of both people for a synastry.
The price of each reading is shown on its product page before you order. As of 1 September 2026, the birth chart for children is offered at its launch price of USD 19.99 / EUR 19.99 / MXN 399. The adult birth chart and the synastry are offered at USD 29.99 / EUR 29.99 / MXN 599, with no launch offer. The Karmic Chart and Your Astrological Year are offered at their launch price of USD 19.99 / EUR 19.99 / MXN 399.
The currency offered depends on the country you browse from. The price shown on the payment page is the total price: no fee or surcharge is added at checkout.
We may change our prices at any time. The price applying to your order is the one displayed when you place it. The end of the launch offer has no effect on an order already paid for.
An order happens in three steps:
The contract is formed as soon as Stripe confirms payment. Stripe sends you a receipt at the email address used for payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order that is manifestly abusive or fraudulent, or that concerns the birth data of someone whose agreement you do not have, or over whom you do not hold parental authority (see clause 11). In that case we refund you in full.
The questionnaire is essential: without a date, time and place of birth, no reading can be written. For Your Astrological Year, the place where you live today is asked for as well, and it is just as essential: the chart of the year is cast for that place, and another place gives another document. The other questions — specific to each reading (the child's day-to-day for the children's chart, your own day-to-day for the adult chart, what keeps repeating in your life for the Karmic Chart, what you expect of the year for Your Astrological Year, your relationship for a synastry) — are optional, but they are what make the guidance specific rather than generic.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you send. A wrong birth time produces a wrong reading: we recommend checking it on the birth certificate. If the exact time cannot be found, tell us — we will then write the reading while stating plainly what remains reliable and what does not.
If the questionnaire does not reach us, or is incomplete, we will follow up at the email address used for payment. Without a reply from you within 60 days, you may request a full refund of your order at any time; we do not keep the price of a reading we have not written.
The reading is sent as a PDF, by email, to the address given in the questionnaire, within 72 hours of receiving the completed questionnaire — not from payment, since we can write nothing before receiving it.
The questionnaire is complete when it carries the date, place and time of birth the reading needs — the child's for the children's chart, your own for the adult chart, for the Karmic Chart and for Your Astrological Year, both people's for a synastry, and, for Your Astrological Year only, the place where you live today — or, where a time cannot be found, when you have told us so explicitly. That is when the 72 hours start, not before.
If something unforeseen prevents us from meeting that deadline, we will tell you by email before it expires and offer you either a new date or an immediate refund.
If the PDF does not arrive, check your spam folder and then write to us: we will resend it. A delivery email lost at your provider does not count as delivery.
Your guarantee, in one sentence: if the reading does not suit you, you have 14 days from receiving it to write to us. We correct it, we complete it, or we refund you — your choice, with no need to justify yourself.
The refund goes back to the payment method used for the purchase: we start it within 48 hours, and then, depending on your bank, it appears on your account within 5 to 10 business days. That second delay is not ours to control. Where a refund is made, we ask you to delete the PDF: you cannot be refunded for a document you keep.
This guarantee is a commercial commitment on our part, more favorable than what the law requires of us. Under European consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to distance selling is lost, for digital content supplied without a tangible medium, once performance has begun with your express consent — which is the case here, since you ask us to write a reading as soon as your questionnaire arrives. We have chosen not to rely on that exception: the guarantee described above applies in the same way, whatever your situation.
One limit only, and it is common sense: we reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated requests after receiving several readings.
The gift card lets you give a reading without knowing the person's birth data: they choose their reading from those named on the card and give their own details. In this clause, "you" means the person who buys the card.
The two cards. The USD 29.99 / EUR 29.99 / MXN 599 card gives a choice of the adult birth chart or the synastry. The USD 19.99 / EUR 19.99 / MXN 399 card gives a choice of the birth chart for children, the Karmic Chart or Your Astrological Year. Each card is worth one reading, chosen from those it names.
Purchase and sending. You pay for the card on a secure Stripe page, where you are asked for the first name of the person receiving it and, if you like, a note for them. The contract is formed as soon as Stripe confirms payment. The card is sent to you as a PDF, by email, at the address used for payment, within 72 hours of payment at the latest. It carries that first name, your note, its expiry date and a code for ordering the reading without paying again. If you do not receive it, or lose it, write to us: we will resend it.
Validity. The card is valid for 12 months from the date of payment. It is used once, for one reading. It may be given or passed on: whoever holds the code uses it. It cannot be exchanged for money.
Changing your mind: 14 days. You have 14 days from payment to change your mind, with no need to justify yourself, as long as the card has not been used to order a reading. Write to us at hello@astroluma.app: we cancel the code and start the refund within 48 hours, to the payment method used for the purchase, with the bank delays described in clause 8. The refund always goes back to the person who paid.
When the card is used. The person receiving it follows the link and the code written on the card, chooses their reading and fills in the questionnaire. From then on, the order for their reading is governed by clauses 3, 6 (except its last paragraph), 7 and 9 to 13, as if they had bought it themselves, and in those clauses "you" means them. The 72 hours of clause 7 start when their completed questionnaire is received, not when the card was paid for; the reading is sent to the address they give in the questionnaire.
After use. By way of exception to clause 8, a used card can no longer be refunded in money, either to you or to the person who received it. If the reading does not suit them, they have 14 days from receiving it to write to us: we correct it or complete it.
The data of the person receiving the card. Their first name and your note are used only to make the card and to find it if you write to us; we use them for nothing else and we do not contact that person. They give us their birth data themselves when choosing their reading, and it is handled like that of any order, as described in our privacy policy. For a birth chart for children or a synastry, it is they who make the declarations in clause 11.
AstroLuma practices humanistic astrology (the school of Dane Rudhyar). A reading describes potentials, temperaments and cycles. It does not predict the future, and it locks no one into a destiny.
It is a symbolic tool for reflection, sold for personal use. It is in no way medical, psychological, educational, legal or financial advice, and it replaces no professional consultation. If you are worried about your own health or development — or, for a children's reading, your child's health, development or schooling — speak to a doctor or a qualified professional: answering that is their role, not ours.
No diagnosis, no health prognosis and no assessment of anyone's abilities appears in our documents, and we will not produce one on request.
We say so plainly, and it is written on the site: readings are written with the assistance of artificial intelligence, drawing on a humanistic interpretation corpus and on astronomical calculations made with the Swiss Ephemeris.
Every document is read over by a person before it is sent. It is that combination — exact calculation, depth of cross-referencing, human review — that makes this level of detail possible at this price.
A children's reading concerns the personal data of a minor. By ordering, you declare that you hold parental authority over that child, or have the agreement of the person who does.
If you order a reading for someone else's child — as a gift, for instance — it is up to you to obtain that agreement before sending us their data. We have no way of verifying it, and we rely on your declaration.
A synastry needs the birth data of two people. Where the second is an adult, you declare that you have their agreement before sending it to us: it is their personal data, not yours.
How this data is handled is described in our privacy policy.
The reading is written for you and your family. You may read it, print it, keep it as long as you like, pass it to the other parent, to the person you share your synastry with, to a relative, or to the child themselves when they are old enough to read it. It is yours.
What you may not do: resell it, republish it online, distribute it publicly, or use it as a template to produce readings of your own. The method, the chapter structure, the templates and the texts on the site remain our property.
We undertake to deliver the reading described, within the stated time, with the care such a personal document deserves.
We are not responsible for the decisions you take after reading it: it sheds light, it does not decide. Except in cases of gross negligence or personal injury, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and a temporary outage gives no right to compensation.

If we cannot find a solution, you keep all your remedies in full. If you live in the European Union, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence. If you live in Mexico, you may refer the matter to the Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO).
As the seller is established in Mexico, these terms are governed by Mexican law.
This clause deprives you of no protection: if you are a consumer resident in another country, you keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection provisions in force in your country of habitual residence, together with the right to bring proceedings before its courts.
We may change these terms, in particular when new readings go on sale. The version applying to your order is the one published on this page on the day you placed it. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.
