AstroLuma sells astrology readings written to order, delivered as a PDF by email. This text sets out what you are buying, what we commit to, and what you can hold us to. It is written to be read — if any passage is unclear, write to us and we will rewrite it.
The site astroluma.app and the readings sold on it are published by Camille Marie Astrid Charles Viotte, sole trader (persona física con actividad empresarial) established in Mexico.

In what follows, "we" means AstroLuma, and "you" the person ordering a reading.
These terms govern the distance selling of digital documents — humanistic astrology readings, written from the birth data you send us and delivered as a PDF by email.
Placing an order means accepting these terms in the version in force at that time.
AstroLuma once offered a subscription app, with accounts, credits and monthly plans. That service no longer exists. There is now no account to create, no subscription and no recurring charge: only documents bought one at a time.
AstroLuma sells three readings. Each is written to order from a birth chart calculated to the exact minute and the context you give in the questionnaire — and all three follow the same rules set out in this document: same delivery turnaround, same guarantee, same humanistic framing, same limits.
Each document is available in English, French or Spanish — you choose the language in the questionnaire. Every reading is unique: no two orders ever receive the same text.
The stated page counts are an order of magnitude, not a page-by-page commitment: length depends on the chart of the person concerned, or of both people for a synastry.
The price of each reading is shown on its product page before you order. As of 20 August 2026, the birth chart for children is offered at a launch price of USD 29 / EUR 29 / MXN 590, instead of USD 39 / EUR 39 / MXN 790. The adult birth chart and the synastry are offered at USD 39 / EUR 39 / MXN 790, with no launch offer.
The currency offered depends on the country you browse from. The price shown on the payment page is the total price: no fee or surcharge is added at checkout.
We may change our prices at any time. The price applying to your order is the one displayed when you place it. The end of the launch offer has no effect on an order already paid for.
An order happens in three steps:
The contract is formed as soon as Stripe confirms payment. Stripe sends you a receipt at the email address used for payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order that is manifestly abusive or fraudulent, or that concerns birth data not covered by your parental authority (see clause 11). In that case you are refunded in full.
The questionnaire is essential: without a date, time and place of birth, no reading can be written. The other questions — specific to each reading (the child's day-to-day for the children's chart, your own day-to-day for the adult chart, your relationship for a synastry) — are optional, but they are what make the guidance specific rather than generic.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you send. A wrong birth time produces a wrong reading: we recommend checking it on the birth certificate. If the exact time cannot be found, tell us — we will then write the reading while stating plainly what remains reliable and what does not.
If the questionnaire does not reach us, or is incomplete, we will follow up at the email address used for payment. Without a reply from you within 60 days, you may request a full refund of your order at any time; we do not keep the price of a reading we have not written.
The reading is sent as a PDF, by email, to the address given in the questionnaire, within 72 hours of receiving the completed questionnaire — not from payment, since we can write nothing before receiving it.
The questionnaire is complete when it carries the date, place and time of birth the reading needs — the child's for the children's chart, your own for the adult chart, both people's for a synastry — or, where a time cannot be found, when you have told us so explicitly. That is when the 72 hours start, not before.
If something unforeseen prevents us from meeting that deadline, we will tell you by email before it expires and offer you either a new date or an immediate refund.
If the PDF does not arrive, check your spam folder and then write to us: we will resend it. A delivery email lost at your provider does not count as delivery.
Your guarantee, in one sentence: if the reading does not suit you, you have 14 days from receiving it to write to us. We correct it, we complete it, or we refund you — your choice, with no need to justify yourself.
The refund goes back to the payment method used for the purchase: we start it within 48 hours, and then, depending on your bank, it appears on your account within 5 to 10 business days. That second delay is not ours to control. Where a refund is made, we ask you to delete the PDF: you cannot be refunded for a document you keep.
This guarantee is a commercial commitment on our part, more favorable than what the law requires of us. Under European consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to distance selling is lost, for digital content supplied without a tangible medium, once performance has begun with your express consent — which is the case here, since you ask us to write a reading as soon as your questionnaire arrives. We have chosen not to rely on that exception: the guarantee described above applies in the same way, whatever your situation.
One limit only, and it is common sense: we reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated requests after receiving several readings.
AstroLuma practices humanistic astrology (the school of Dane Rudhyar). A reading describes potentials, temperaments and cycles. It does not predict the future, and it locks no one into a destiny.
It is a symbolic tool for reflection, sold for personal use. It is in no way medical, psychological, educational, legal or financial advice, and it replaces no professional consultation. If you are worried about your own health or development — or, for a children's reading, your child's health, development or schooling — speak to a doctor or a qualified professional: answering that is their role, not ours.
No diagnosis, no health prognosis and no assessment of anyone's abilities appears in our documents, and we will not produce one on request.
We say so plainly, and it is written on the site: readings are written with the assistance of artificial intelligence, drawing on a humanistic interpretation corpus and on astronomical calculations made with the Swiss Ephemeris.
Every document is read over by a person before it is sent. It is that combination — exact calculation, depth of cross-referencing, human review — that makes this level of detail possible at this price.
A children's reading concerns the personal data of a minor. By ordering, you declare that you hold parental authority over that child, or have the agreement of the person who does.
If you order a reading for someone else's child — as a gift, for instance — it is up to you to obtain that agreement before sending us their data. We have no way of verifying it, and we rely on your declaration.
A synastry needs the birth data of two people. Where the second is an adult, you declare that you have their agreement before sending it to us: it is their personal data, not yours.
How this data is handled is described in our privacy policy.
The reading is written for you and your family. You may read it, print it, keep it as long as you like, pass it to the other parent, to the person you share your synastry with, to a relative, or to the child themselves when they are old enough to read it. It is yours.
What you may not do: resell it, republish it online, distribute it publicly, or use it as a template to produce readings of your own. The method, the chapter structure, the templates and the texts on the site remain our property.
We undertake to deliver the reading described, within the stated time, with the care such a personal document deserves.
We are not responsible for the decisions you take after reading it: it sheds light, it does not decide. Except in cases of gross negligence or personal injury, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and a temporary outage gives no right to compensation.

If we cannot find a solution, you keep all your remedies in full. If you live in the European Union, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence. If you live in Mexico, you may refer the matter to the Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO).
As the seller is established in Mexico, these terms are governed by Mexican law.
This clause deprives you of no protection: if you are a consumer resident in another country, you keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection provisions in force in your country of habitual residence, together with the right to bring proceedings before its courts.
We may change these terms, in particular when new readings go on sale. The version applying to your order is the one published on this page on the day you placed it. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.
